CinemaSource FloorStop

Available in 27" x 15' rolls (34 Sq. Ft.) - $99 per roll

CinemaSource FloorStop is an exclusive acoustic treatment material that attenuates (reduces) the amount of sound that might be transmitted through the floor of a home theater into the rooms below. FloorStop is simply placed on the floor itself under the carpeting. When installed properly, it will reduce the amount of sound passed through the floor of an average home theater room by 3 decibels (that’s a 50% reduction!) If more sound reduction is required, simply contact CinemaSource and we will help to determine the right amount of material to use.
From an acoustical point of view, FloorStop is technically a loaded vinyl material that comes in rolls measuring 27 inches wide by 15 feet long. To figure how much material you need simply go by the following rules. Cover the entire floor surface and butt the material edge to edge. Your safety is accounted for as well – FloorStop has passed the rigorous UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory"yellow card" fire rating.

CinemaSource WallStop is an exclusive acoustic treatment material that attenuates (reduces) the amount of sound that might be transmitted through the walls of a home theater into the adjacent rooms. WallStop gets installed between two layers of drywall, creating an acoustic sandwich that effectively blocks the transmission of sound through the walls. When installed properly, it will reduce the amount of sound passed through the walls of an average home theater room by 3 decibels (that’s a 50% reduction!) If more sound reduction is required, simply contact CinemaSource and we will help to determine the right amount of material to use.

CinemaSource WallTrap is a special acoustic material manufactured for CinemaSource by one of the largest acoustic materials manufacturers in the world. WallTrap is a fire-resistant uniquely configured cellular material that literally traps and dissipates sound waves… from inside your walls! It is designed to built into the walls of your home theater room. It is perfectly sized to fit between the studs of your walls. The sheets cut easily to size. WallTrap attenuates (reduces) the amount of sound that might be transmitted through the walls of a home theater into the adjacent rooms by absorbing sound energy in it’s unique elliptical air pocket construction.
WallTrap comes in rigid sheets measuring 24 inches wide by 4 feet long by 3.5 inches thick. Again, your safety is accounted for – WallTrap has passed the rigorous UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory "yellow card" fire rating.
